Accounts Executive bengaluru,delhi / ncr,belgaum 2 - 5 years INR 3.0 - 5.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Key Responsibilities : Invoicing : Prepare and issue sales invoices accurately and timely. E-Way Bill Generation : Create and manage e-way bills for goods transportation as per GST norms. Sales & Purchase Entries : Record all sales and purchase transactions in accounting software. Expense Management : Track and record daily business expenses and reconcile petty cash. GST Filing & Reporting : Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.). Reconcile GSTR-2A/2B with purchase data. Maintain GST reports and documentation for audit and compliance. TDS Compliance : Deduct and deposit TDS on applicable transactions. File quarterly TDS returns and issue TDS certificates (Form 16/16A). Bookkeeping : Maintain up-to-date and accurate books of accounts. Tally ERP : Use Tally for daily accounting, bank reconciliation, ledger maintenance, and report generation. Requirements : Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel . Good knowledge of GST and TDS rules and procedures. Understanding of accounting principles and practices. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Prior experience in bookkeeping and invoicing preferred. Qualification : B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification in accounting or finance.
