This position, based in Gurgaon / Delhi, India, offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Responsibilities: - **Solution Design and Architecture**: - Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and challenges. - Design innovative and scalable AWS solutions that address client needs. - Create and present comprehensive solution proposals to clients, showcasing the benefits and value of the proposed solutions. - **Pre-Sales Support**: - Work closely with the sales team to develop effective pre-sales strategies. - Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations to prospective clients. - Provide technical expertise during the sales process to address client inquiries and concerns. - **Client Engagement**: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving business needs. - Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations on AWS best practices. - Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. - **Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing**: - Collaborate with internal teams, including development, operations, and support, to ensure seamless project delivery. - Stay updated on the latest AWS services, features, and industry trends. - Share knowledge and insights with the team through training sessions and documentation. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 4-5 years of relevant experience in pre-sales or solution architecture roles, with a focus on AWS solutions. - AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are highly desirable. - Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and experience in designing and implementing AWS solutions. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Proven track record of successfully leading pre-sales activities and contributing to business growth.,
