Job Description: HomeSource is hiring a dynamic and experienced Pre-Sales Manager to lead and manage pre-sales operations in the real estate segment. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound leads and ensure timely follow-ups Manage and guide the pre-sales team to achieve targets Coordinate with sales managers for site visits and closures Maintain CRM updates and lead data accuracy Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options Improve conversion ratios and customer experience Requirements: Experience in real estate pre-sales / tele-sales Strong communication and team management skills Target-driven and result-oriented mindset Good knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
