Pre-Sales Intern

We are a fast-growing real estate marketing and technology company that works with top developers across India. We generate verified leads through digital campaigns and use AI-powered tools to engage and qualify them. We're now looking for enthusiastic Pre-Sales Interns to help us connect with these leads through cold calling and share basic project information.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective buyers from our lead database
• Introduce premium real estate projects and capture buyer interest
• Ask qualification questions (budget, timeline, location preference, etc.)
• Update CRM or Google Sheets with call outcomes and remarks
• Coordinate with internal sales or client teams for interested leads
• Follow-up with leads as per schedule

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages a plus)
• Confident phone presence and persuasive skills
• Interest in real estate, sales, or marketing domains
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Familiarity with Google Sheets or CRM tools is a bonus

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
