Design and configure server, storage, and workstation solutions based on customer requirements
Use OEM configurator tools (Dell, HPE, HP, etc.) to build accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs)
Provide technical consultation and conduct workshops during customer meetings and product presentations
Prepare technical proposals, architecture diagrams, and solution documentation
Support proof-of-concepts (POCs), demos, and pilot deployments
Collaborate with sales, engineering, and support teams to develop competitive and scalable infrastructure solutions
Perform solution sizing and optimization for performance and cost efficiency
Stay updated with the latest enterprise hardware, virtualization, and HPC technologies.
SAN/NAS and software-defined storage familiarity
Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, or Nutanix
Knowledge of cloud-integrated infrastructure and hybrid environments
HPC and GPU-accelerated workloads understanding
Basic networking and storage networking (Fibre Channel/iSCSI)
Technical presentation, demonstration, and documentation skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing skills
Preferred certifications: VMware, Dell, HPE, or similar
2-5 years of experience in pre-sales, system engineering, or infrastructure roles.
Strong knowledge of servers, storage, workstations, and networking fundamentals.
Hands-on experience with DELL / HPE / LENOVO / HP etc configurators
Understanding of HPC systems, virtualization, and performance-intensive workloads.
Strong presentation and documentation skills.
