We are looking for interns for our presales team, it will be internship + job vacancy. Internship period might be between 3 to 6 months.

Roles & Responsibilities

Understand customer needs and demonstrate products accordingly to enterprise customers/Tier 1-2 partners
Address customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction
Share demo insights with Inside sale / Sales / implementation team after demo highlighting client specific process/requirements
Update LMS and demo status/remarks as needed
Competitor and product research and study

Academics

BE- Mechanical / Electrical (Freshers)

Skills

Understanding of business process (manufacturing industry)
Ready to learn industry-specific processes and their relevance in our product
Good command over language (English, Hindi, Regional)
