1. Classroom Teaching & Learning

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities.
• Use play-way and activity-based methodologies to develop literacy, numeracy, and general awareness.
• Encourage creativity through art, music, rhymes, storytelling, and role play.

1. Child Development & Care

• Support children’s emotional, physical, and social development.
• Identify and support individual learning needs and developmental milestones.
• Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of all children in the classroom.

1. Classroom Management

• Maintain a warm, positive, and structured classroom environment.
• Establish routines and discipline through gentle guidance.
• Foster cooperation, sharing, and respect among students.

1. Parent & School Communication

• Communicate regularly with parents on children’s progress, achievements, and areas of improvement.
• Organize parent-teacher meetings and participate in school events.
• Share progress reports and maintain student records.

1. Collaboration & Professional Growth

• Work closely with colleagues, coordinators, and school management to implement curriculum.
• Participate in workshops, training sessions, and professional development programs.
• Contribute to school cultural events, celebrations, and activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education.
• Certification in Early Childhood Education or Montessori training preferred.
• Prior experience (2–3 years) as a Pre-Primary or Kindergarten teacher.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Creativity, patience, empathy, and ability to engage with young children.
