Job Description

The candidate should have relevant work experience of taking classes. Pre-Primary Teacher Female : Graduate, trained in the Montessori methodology NTT or equivalent. TGT : Graduate with B.Ed (Subject : English) Key Responsibilities : · Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards. · Teach various aspects of English, including literature, writing, grammar and vocabulary. · Assess student performance through assignments, exams and projects. · provide constructive feedback to support student growth. · Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance learning. · Communicate regularly with parents and guardian about student progress · Stay updated with best practices in English education and attend professional development sessions. Academic Co-ordinator Skils : · Microsoft Office · Experience working with students · Education administration · Communication Skils · Leadership Key Responsibilities . Coordinate course scheduling, faculty assignments and classroom allocations . Ensure timely distributions of teaching plans, materials and academic guidelines. . Facilitate faculty meetings, training and performance evaluations. . Address academic queries, grievances and feedback form students . Track student performance, attendance and provide necessary academic interventions. . Maintain academic records, timetables and grading. . Assist in organizing academic events such as orientations, workshops, seminars, & exams. Qualifications: Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline (preferably with experience in academic administration) The candidate should be able to communicate in English and also be teach savy. Candidate should be good be good in helping students prepare for standardized testing. Communicating regularly with parents about student progress and school events. Looking for qualified, dynamic, progressive, committed facilitators, proficient in the subjects and in written & spoken English. Conveyance facility will be provided to the candidate from Sitapur to School campus.
