Coordinate course scheduling, faculty assignments and classroom allocations . Ensure timely distributions of teaching plans, materials and academic guidelines. . Facilitate faculty meetings, training and performance evaluations. . Address academic queries, grievances and feedback form students . Track student performance, attendance and provide necessary academic interventions. . Maintain academic records, timetables and grading. . Assist in organizing academic events such as orientations, workshops, seminars, & exams.
