Pre Primary Teacher

We are looking for dedicated and child-friendly Pre-Primary Teachers for our CBSE-affiliated school in Etawah, Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidates should be passionate about early childhood education and capable of creating a joyful, engaging, and safe learning environment for young learners. Candidates must be able to teach Art & Craft and support with substitution classes as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach pre-primary classes following CBSE guidelines and school curriculum.
• Conduct Art & Craft activities to enhance creativity and motor skills.
• Take substitution classes whenever required.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and classroom activities.
• Ensure the holistic development of children—emotional, social, physical, and cognitive.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and hygiene in the classroom.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress.
• Participate in school events, workshops, and training programs.

Eligibility Criteria (As per CBSE Norms)

• Minimum 10+2 (Senior Secondary) with at least 50% marks and Certificate/Diploma in Pre-Primary/Early Childhood Teacher Training (1–2 years program from a recognized institute)

OR

• Graduate degree with Diploma/Certificate/Post Graduate Diploma in Pre-Primary/Early Childhood Education/Human Development/Home Science

OR

• B.El.Ed. / B.Ed. (with specialization in Early Childhood/Pre-Primary Education)

OR

• Three years post-qualification experience in the relevant field (desirable).
• Preference will be given to candidates with Craft Instructor Certificate (CIC) in Early Childhood Education.
• Strong communication skills, creativity in Art & Craft, and ability to handle young learners with patience.
