Pre-Primary Teacher

Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive, play-based learning sessions for Pre-Primary classes (Nursery, LKG, UKG).
• Teach foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, communication, motor skills, and social–emotional development.
• Plan and execute activity-based and theme-based lessons.
• Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, rhymes, stories, and learning materials.
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Maintain records of student progress and developmental milestones.
• Communicate effectively with parents and participate in PTMs, events, and school activities.
• Support school routines, celebrations, and early childhood learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Early Childhood Education (NTT, ECE, Montessori, or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior experience in a pre-primary or kindergarten classroom is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, creativity, and patience.
• Ability to deliver joyful, activity-based teaching using modern pedagogy.
