Pre-Primary Teacher

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct engaging, activity-based lessons using interactive and Montessori-style methods.

• Develop lesson plans for literacy, numeracy, art, music, storytelling, and sensory activities.

• Foster curiosity, creativity, and positive social behavior among children.

• Maintain classroom discipline through love, patience, and understanding.

• Observe, assess, and record each childs growth and development.

• Ensure childrens safety and emotional well-being at all times.

• Communicate regularly with parents and participate in parent-teacher meetings.

• Organize cultural, co-curricular, and outdoor learning activities.

• Collaborate with colleagues and management in planning school events and celebrations.

Qualification and Experience

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECCE) / NTT / Montessori Training

• B.Ed. (Pre-Primary/Primary)

• 2 years of teaching experience

• English

• activity-based and child-centric teaching methods

• Freshers with strong teaching aptitude may also apply.
