The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their early development through engaging and age-appropriate activities. Key Responsibilities: Plan and implement daily educational activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development. Create a positive and safe learning environment that encourages exploration and curiosity. Assess and monitor each child's progress and development, providing feedback to parents and guardians. Develop individualized learning plans to support the diverse needs of each child. Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to cater to different learning styles and abilities. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to support a collaborative learning environment. Skills: Strong understanding of early childhood development and educational practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate activities. Proficiency in using educational technology and resources. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field from an accredited institution. State certification or licensure in Early Childhood Education is preferred. Experience: 0-5 years of work experience Previous experience working with young children in a preschool or similar setting is an advantage. Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad.
