that provides a range of Insurance Products and Services to meet the needs of Corporates, Government

bodies, and Individuals.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Sales team to improve customer Experience
• Follow ups on WhatsApp, emails and calls on the status of quotes
• Create quotes for all the Insurance Products like Fire, Marine, Liability, Engineering, Health etc.
• Create Rapport with customers and get appointments for sales team
• Be Customer Centric and resolve Customer queries and do endorsements.

Requirements:

• Extreme customer focus with an aim for customer delight
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of SME insurance products, including different coverage options, policies, and regulations.
• Freshers looking to build career in Insurance are also welcome
• Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Engineering.
• Results-oriented mindset, self-motivated.
• Good user of AI tools like Chat GPT, Claude, Deep Seek, etc.
