Practice Lead

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Practice Lead – App Development to strategically build, lead, and grow our offshore application development team. This leadership role involves managing development best practices, delivering enterprise-grade applications, mentoring engineers, and integrating modern technologies including AI for software efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:Mandatory:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in software engineering with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
• Expertise in full-stack development: Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, etc.
• Strong grasp of system design, architecture, and microservices.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Proficient in cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on with AI-driven development tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,800,000.00 per year
