Role Overview: As a Solution Lead at Wipro Limited, your role will involve understanding business processes to identify problem statements in the F&A & HRO Vertical. You will collaborate closely with functional and domain experts to assess how technology can be leveraged to address business challenges. Your responsibilities will also include evaluating existing technology solutions and exploring industry knowledge to introduce technologies from partners and establish alliances. Additionally, you will be expected to develop solution artefacts and value propositions by mapping end-to-end business processes to technology solutions. Building relationships with various stakeholders such as functional teams, technology teams, sales, and pre-sales teams will be crucial in your role. As an individual contributor, effective communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential for responding to RFI/RFP (RFx) and presenting solutions to clients while supporting the onsite sales teams.
