About This Opportunity

The individual will be responsible for selling the product, establishing account relationships, and supporting practice development in the assigned territory, as well as proactively communicating with customers and potential prospects.

Deliver Results

  • Responsible for working with assigned accounts within the country and team within the organization, including direction, motivation, and development of sales plans, targets, account receivables, and strategies.
  • Provide all appropriate reporting to the Manager, including feedback from customers via weekly and monthly reports.
  • Prepare and send weekly/monthly reports on progress of accounts toward their AOP plan, AR status, and logistics.
  • Plan and conduct training/mushrooming sessions at the assigned accounts to train staff, build confidence, and drive business growth.
  • Take ownership of the assigned sales area as their business and be responsible for planning and development in what is a high-growth environment.
  • Collaborate closely with co-colleagues to develop a high-performing territory.

  • Acquire and maintain detailed knowledge of the company's products.
  • Cooperate with colleagues through observation during co-travel, frequent feedback, and analysis of performance data.
  • Evaluate levels of customer, product, and systems knowledge via in-field assessments.
  • Build strong, ethical business relationships with customers to ensure product usage and increase market share by focusing on high-value activities and effective selling.
  • Maintain professional dress code and attitude at all times.
  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve company goals and comply with all policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Work with the Manager to define the operational plan for future periods and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Stay informed on competitor activities and provide market intelligence to the reporting manager.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Lock in Key Relationships

  • Engage certified doctors and their associates to develop case potential; engage non-certified doctors and assess their potential as Invisalign providers to grow business.
  • Balance short-term operational goals with long-term strategic organizational objectives.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, such as managing high-productivity accounts and opening new accounts.
  • Support customers to achieve their sales and practice development objectives.

Education and/or Experience

  • A degree in science, arts, commerce, marketing, or a related science discipline is preferred.
  • 36 years of sales experience required.
  • Experience in medical, orthodontic, dental sales, or marketing is preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Pride in excelling and being a self-directed individual.
  • Fluent in English; ability to command the language effectively.
