PR Intern

The PR Executive role involves supporting the development and execution of public relations strategies to enhance the company's brand image, manage media relations, and promote key messaging. Responsibilities include drafting press materials, coordinating media outreach, organizing events, and monitoring PR campaigns for effective communication with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers. - Draft and distribute press releases, media pitches, and spokesperson statements. - Monitor media coverage and track PR campaign performance. - Write engaging PR content such as press releases, articles, speeches, and social media posts. - Assist in developing thought leadership pieces, case studies, and corporate announcements. - Support the planning and execution of PR events, press conferences, and product launches. - Coordinate logistics, media attendance, and post-event follow-ups. - Help maintain a positive public image for the company and its executives. - Monitor public opinion and address potential PR risks proactively. - Assist in internal communications, including employee newsletters and executive messaging. - Collaborate with marketing, social media, and sales teams to align PR efforts with business goals. - Track PR metrics (e.g., media impressions, engagement rates) and prepare reports. - Analyze campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field. - Experience in PR, corporate communications, or media relations. - Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills. - Familiarity with media databases (e.g., Cision, Meltwater) and PR tools. - Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of social media and digital PR trends.
