PR Executive

Role Overview

The Head of PR / PR Strategist will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling the PR function across clients and the Dangura Digital brand. This is a core leadership role, owning media strategy, brand narratives, crisis communication, and thought leadership aligned with business growth and reputation.

This role requires a strategic thinker, strong media relationship builder, and confident spokesperson advisor who can operate at CXO and founder levels.

Key ResponsibilitiesPR Strategy & Leadership

• Define and lead integrated PR strategies aligned with brand, marketing, and business goals
• Position clients and Dangura Digital as industry leaders and trusted brands
• Own PR planning for brand launches, expansions, campaigns, and corporate announcements
• Drive long-term brand reputation and credibility building

Media Relations & Influence

• Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier journalists, editors, digital publishers, and influencers
• Secure consistent earned media coverage across print, digital, TV, podcasts, and industry platforms
• Oversee media pitches, press releases, interviews, bylines, and feature stories
• Act as the final authority on messaging and spokesperson readiness

Crisis & Reputation Management

• Lead crisis communication planning and execution
• Anticipate risks and manage sensitive brand situations with speed and accuracy
• Train leadership teams on media handling and crisis response

Thought Leadership & Storytelling

• Shape compelling brand narratives and CXO thought leadership
• Develop whitepapers, opinion articles, trend reports, and keynote positioning
• Identify PR opportunities linked to business milestones and cultural moments

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as strategic PR advisor to founders, CXOs, and senior leadership
• Present PR roadmaps, performance reports, and insights to clients
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Digital, Social, Performance, and Video teams
• Manage external PR partners, freelancers, and media agencies when required

Team Building & Process

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance PR team
• Set SOPs, tools, and reporting frameworks for PR excellence
• Ensure consistency in tone, ethics, and brand voice across all communications

Key Skills & Competencies

• Deep understanding of Indian media ecosystem (business, lifestyle, regional & national)
• Proven expertise in strategic PR planning, storytelling, and reputation management
• Strong crisis communication and media negotiation skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Data-driven mindset with ability to track PR impact beyond vanity metrics
• Leadership presence with CXO-level confidence

Tools & Knowledge

• Media monitoring and intelligence tools
• PR measurement frameworks (SOV, sentiment, reach, influence)
• Strong grasp of digital PR, influencer PR, and social amplification
• Understanding of branding, marketing, and business strategy integration

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
