Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute PR strategies aligned with overall marketing goals
Draft press releases, media kits, Q&As, briefing documents, and executive bios
Build and maintain relationships with key journalists, media outlets, and influencers
Secure high-impact media coverage in top-tier, trade, and regional publications
Manage external PR agencies or freelancers as needed
Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and competitor activity
Handle crisis communications and reputation management when required
Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, HR) to align messaging
Organize press events, media briefings, and speaking engagements for executives
Report on PR performance metrics and media ROI

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
37 years of experience in a public relations or media role (in-house or agency)
Proven track record of securing media coverage
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong media network and understanding of media landscape
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
