PR Analyst

Location: Bangalore (onsite).

This is 5 day work from office arrangement

What will you do:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media and editors in the specific regions including India, especially in business, tech, and AI media


• Assist in the development and execution of PR campaigns and strategies for e.g. Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, newsletters, and media content


• Coordinate with media outlets, journalists, and influencers for coverage


• Support event planning, press conferences, and promotional activities


• Work with Marketing Leadership to ensure brand consistency across all communications


• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, HR, Leadership) for PR alignment


• Monitor media coverage and prepare PR activity reports


• Maintain and update the media contact database

You will have:

• Bachelor s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field with 3-5 years of experience


• Good understanding of public relations, media, and communications


• Prior experience in corporate communications, PR agency, or media relations


• Familiarity with digital PR tools (e.g., Meltwater, Cision, Hootsuite)


• Good skills in content creation and graphic design tools, proficiency in social media platforms


• Attention to detail and creativity in messaging


• Excellent written & verbal communication skills


• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take constructive feedback


• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously


• An interest in the AI industry and understanding of its trends is a plus
