Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costsTalent & HR processStakeholder Communication and Session CoordinationMaintain and update session trackersDraft and send communications using Google tools such as Google Gamma and Google NewsletterServe as a liaison for client-facing queries related to session coordination or schedule changesEnsure use of approved templates and maintain consistency in communication standardsStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsHigh level of attention to detail and organizational effectivenessAbility to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic, deadline-driven environmentWhat are we looking for?
Project Planning and Tools AdministrationMaintain and update Microsoft Project Plans and Azure DevOps (ADO) dashboardsCreate and manage line items, demand plans, buckets, and baselines as per team requestsManage PWA access requests and address tool-related queriesOnboarding and Offboarding SupportCoordinate onboarding/offboarding processes for internal and external resourcesCollaborate with relevant teams to request and track hardware (e.g., Chromebooks, MacBooks, Windows machines)Support project leads and managers with onboarding documentation and process queriesReporting and GovernancePrepare and share fortnightly, monthly, and quarterly budget reports (budget vs. actuals, ETC) with PA leadsTrack and send Customer Satisfaction Score (CSS) reminders for overdue itemsBuild QBR/MBR decks using data extracted from ADO systemsGenerate ad-hoc reports to support project leadership or governance forumsContractor Management (Ad-hoc)Use Beeline tools for contractor onboarding and offboardingTrack Work Order (WO) end dates and coordinate extension or exit processesAddress contractor queries related to payroll, timesheets, and project billing codes (WBSEs)
Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
