What would you do The primary job of a Project Setup Team (PST) Associate Manager is to ensure that their companys standards are upheld and clearly defined throughout the entire process of each Transformation/Transitions development and execution. PST Associate Manager are responsible for overseeing the work of all project transformation and transition, and thus must take ownership of the resulting quality of each Transformation/Transition.

Roles and Responsibilities: In order to successfully oversee every aspect of the project transition process, PMO Lead performs a wide variety of tasks as below:Provide and own the end to end Program Management Office leadership and support for the Transformation/TransitionMonitor and track integrated Transformation/Transition plan; manage transition or workstream or process leads input, chasing, and escalating as requiredManagement of Transformation/Transition-level Risks and IssuesImplement Stage Gate control points and monitor any solution changes, and associated impactsEscalate issues/risks to the Transformation/Transition Engagement LeadCoordinate and prepare for Transformation/Transition Level Steering Group meetingsAccountable for compliance and ongoing tracking and management with all Mobilisation Controls & TransITEstablish ongoing Transformation/Transition Control process management to ensure high quality consistent Transformation/Transition Control support for:oRisk, Issue, Action, Decisions (RAID)oCritical Path ManagementoProduces Program Status reporting (including tracking project plan and contractual & key milestones/deliverables/dependencies) oConsistent input preparation for all Governance forum (internal and external)oDecision records and minutes of all program level Governance meetings (internal and external)oDocument Configuration Management and Document standards (including standard emails, naming convention, version control etc.)oCreate and maintain Program SharePoint site as per defined taxonomy and structureoMaintain Program calendarEnd to End Financial ManagementSetup, Monitor and track Change Control process Ensures compliance and ongoing tracking and management with all Transformation/Transitions Controls & ERP toolPeople Management:Responsible for managing the project PMO resources, handhold, coach/mentor the resourcesResponsible for managing the relationship with internal and external client stakeholder from a PMO workstream perspective
