This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive pay and opportunities for growth. What You'll Do:As a Car Detailer & PPF Installer, you'll be crucial in delivering top-tier vehicle care. Your responsibilities will include: Expert PPF Installation: Precisely apply Paint Protection Film to various vehicle surfaces, ensuring a flawless, bubble-free, and durable finish. Comprehensive Vehicle Detailing: Perform thorough exterior and interior cleaning, including washing, waxing, buffing, and polishing car surfaces. Interior Care: Vacuum carpets, clean upholstery, and treat leather or vinyl surfaces. Specialized Treatments: Clean wheels, tires, engine bays, undercarriages, and apply protective treatments like ceramic coatings and paint sealants. Quality Assurance: Conduct meticulous inspections before and after detailing to meet our high-quality standards and ensure complete customer satisfaction. Maintain Workspace: Keep the detailing area clean, organized, and properly handle all equipment and supplies. Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding customer requests and vehicle-specific details. What We're Looking For:Experience: Proven prior experience in vehicle detailing, with a strong emphasis on Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation. Skill Set: Exceptional attention to detail, precision in application, and a dedication to delivering high-quality craftsmanship. Physical Stamina: Ability to handle physical work, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods, both indoors and outdoors. Knowledge: Good understanding of various cleaning products, tools, and detailing techniques. Team Player: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and honest. Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts (Day, Evening, Morning) and on weekends as needed. Education: Minimum 10th pass preferred. Driving: Ability to ride a bike with a valid driving license is a plus, but not mandatory. Salary & Benefits:Competitive Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month, based on your experience and skill level.
