Campaign Strategy & Execution

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta ad campaigns for multiple merchants, tailored to their business goals (sales, lead generation, awareness, etc.).
• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to maximize performance.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, conversions) and adjust campaigns accordingly.
• Ensure campaigns comply with Meta Ads policies and platform best practices.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of campaign executives to ensure high-quality execution.
• Set performance targets, review campaign work, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Train executives on Meta Ads tools, campaign optimization, and reporting best practices.
• Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and accountability within the team.

Merchant & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary strategic advisor for merchants on Meta Ads performance.
• Collaborate with merchants to understand their business goals, product focus, and seasonal campaigns.
• Provide regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to merchants and internal stakeholders.
• Work with creative/content teams to deliver high-converting ad creatives and messaging.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 3–6 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns (multi-client/agency experience is a plus).
• Proven experience

  leading a team

  of campaign executives or performance marketers.
• Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, Pixel, and event tracking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a performance-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple merchant accounts and projects simultaneously.
