PPC Strategist

As an experienced PPC Strategist at Bliss, you will play a key role in leading paid media efforts across Google Ads and Meta Ads for a diverse range of eCommerce and high-ticket service-based clients. Your responsibilities will include building and leading multi-platform PPC strategies aligned with business goals such as ROAS, CPA, Revenue, and CPL. You will be tasked with conducting thorough audits of Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategic roadmaps for optimization. Collaboration with internal teams for ad copy, creative reviews, and landing page suggestions will be essential to ensure campaign success. In addition to optimizing various campaigns including Search, PMax, Display, Shopping, Remarketing, and Meta Campaigns, you will troubleshoot underperforming campaigns using data-driven insights to drive actionable plans for improvement. Your role will also involve participating in or leading client calls to provide clarity on strategy, optimizations, and next steps. As a seasoned professional in PPC strategy and campaign management with at least 3-5 years of proven experience, you will be expected to possess a strong understanding of both eCommerce and service-based industries, particularly high-ticket models. Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Merchant Center, and Looker Studio is crucial for this role. Your ability to interpret and act upon key metrics like ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, and CP, along with excellent skills in campaign structure, budgeting, and strategic scaling, will be paramount to your success in this position. Effective communication skills, the capacity to simplify insights for clients, and guide execution teams will also be essential. Furthermore, you should demonstrate a strategic mindset, consistently seeking ways to enhance performance and scale accounts. Experience in developing SOPs, checklists, and driving process improvements would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or a related field is required for this role.
