Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced PPC & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid ad campaigns for real estate projects. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and Social Media Ads to drive quality leads and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram campaigns.
• Manage targeting, retargeting, and conversion strategies for property leads.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI.
• Collaborate with design and sales teams for ad creatives and lead nurturing.

Requirements:

• 3–8 years of experience in PPC & Digital Marketing (Real Estate preferred).
• Expertise in Google Ads Manager & Meta Business Suite.
• Strong knowledge of lead generation, CPC optimization, and analytics.
