Detailed Job Description:

1. Production Planning & Scheduling

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules as per sales orders and delivery

commitments.• Allocate resources (manpower, machines, materials) to meet production targets.

• Plan for core assembly, winding, tank fabrication, testing, and dispatch in coordination

with relevant departments.

2. Material Planning & Coordination

•

Coordinate with the purchase department for timely availability of raw materials and

bought-out items.

• Monitor inventory levels and implement effective material control to avoid shortages or

overstocking.

3. Order Execution Monitoring

• Track the progress of each order from design release to final dispatch.

• Identify bottlenecks and take corrective actions to avoid delays.

• Ensure adherence to production timelines without compromising quality.

4. Resource Optimization

• Improve production efficiency by monitoring machine utilization and manpower

productivity.

Suggest process improvements for cost reduction and faster execution.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly PPC reports on order status, delays, and production

performance.

Share production progress updates with management and relevant teams.

6. Coordination with Cross-Functional Teams

• Work closely with design, procurement, quality control, and dispatch teams for smooth

order flow.

Support service teams for urgent or priority orders.

7. Market & Customer Commitment Alignment

• Ensure production schedules align with customer delivery requirements.

• Provide accurate delivery timelines to the sales team based on real-time production

capacity.
