Job Description

Duties and responsibilities of PPC Expert1. Campaign Strategy and Planning

Understand client objectives, target audience, and business goals. Develop and propose strategic Google Ads plans (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, etc.). Coordinate with the team to align Google Ads strategy with overall digital marketing efforts.

2. Keyword Research & Ad Group Structuring

Conduct in-depth keyword research using industry tools. Organize keywords into relevant ad groups to improve Quality Score and performance.

3. Ad Copywriting & Creative Collaboration

Write compelling headlines, descriptions, and sitelink copy. Collaborate with the creative/design team for banners, videos, and landing pages required for campaigns.

4. Campaign Setup and Management

Create, set up, and launch campaigns in Google Ads dashboard with correct targeting, bidding, and budget. Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and performance.

5. Performance Analysis & Reporting

Track and analyze key campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates. Prepare regular reports with insights, learnings, and future action plans. Submit reports to the senior team and present performance in internal reviews.

6. Client Communication

Participate in regular client calls and meetings to present updates, strategies, and results. Address client queries and share campaign progress with clarity and professionalism.

7. Documentation and Accountability

Maintain detailed documentation of campaign strategy, changes, and performance. Ensure proper record-keeping of reports, approvals, budgets, and campaign logs.

8. Team Collaboration

Work closely with SEO, Social Media, Content, and Design teams to ensure integrated campaigns. Actively contribute ideas during internal brainstorming or strategy sessions.

9. Ownership and Initiative

Take full ownership of assigned campaigns, from ideation to execution and reporting. Proactively suggest improvements and identify growth opportunities for client accounts.

10. Learning and Development

Stay updated with the latest Google Ads updates, tools, and digital advertising trends. Attend internal training and knowledge-sharing sessions.? KPIs to Measure Performance? Campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.)? Lead or conversion quality? Client satisfaction and retention? Timely reporting and documentation? Initiative and ownership in campaign management.

Experience

2+ years of Agency Experience Required.immediate joiners preferred.
