Performance Marketing Associate

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Associate to execute data-driven digital marketing strategies focused on traffic, leads, and conversions. The ideal candidate will be performance-oriented and passionate about digital growth and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, etc.
• Optimize campaigns to meet KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Conduct keyword research and segment audiences to target high-value users.
• Develop A/B testing strategies for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
• Coordinate with content, design, and social media teams to maintain message consistency.
• Stay informed about digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Allocate budgets efficiently across marketing channels.
• Generate performance reports with insights and improvement suggestions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in performance marketing, preferably in a D2C or agency environment.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify.
• Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills.
• Knowledge of SEO and basic content marketing is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong multitasking and project management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
