PPC - Executive

Role Overview: As a Production Planning and Control (PPC) member, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of the production process to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment. Your key responsibilities will include task and process scheduling, material resource planning, loading production, process selection and planning, facility location selection, estimating quantity and costs, capacity planning, line planning, and follow-up and execution. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare a Time and Action (TNA) calendar detailing tasks, start and end dates, and responsible departments for each order - Track key events like PCD and line loading for timely follow-up - Create a material requirement sheet based on approved samples and buyer specs - Calculate material consumption, create a Bill of Materials (BOM), collect supplier quotes, and obtain price approvals - Decide on style and quantity loading onto production lines based on readiness and capacity - Analyze production steps based on product type and adjust processes for efficiency and cost control - Select the most suitable facility location among multiple factories based on product type and available capacity - Estimate daily output, manpower needs, and cost per piece considering style complexity and line efficiency - Evaluate factory capacity, allocate capacity for new orders, and regularly update capacity data - Develop detailed line plans with daily targets in coordination with production and industrial engineering teams - Monitor plan execution, update the TNA calendar, and coordinate with relevant departments to address delays Qualification Required: - Full-time, Permanent job type - Benefits include cell phone reimbursement and Provident Fund - Day shift schedule with yearly bonus - Work location is in person,
