PPC - Executive

As a Production Planning and Control (PPC) specialist, you will be responsible for various key tasks and processes to ensure efficient production operations: - Task and Process Scheduling: - Prepare Time and Action (TNA) calendar for each order, listing tasks, start/end dates, and responsible departments. - Track key events like PCD and line loading for timely follow-up. - Material Resource Planning (Inventory): - Create material requirement sheet based on approved samples and buyer specs. - Calculate material consumption, create Bill of Materials (BOM), collect supplier quotes, and obtain price approvals. - Loading Production: - Decide on style and quantity allocation to production lines post order booking based on readiness and capacity. - Process Selection and Planning: - Analyze production steps based on product type for efficiency and cost control. - Facility Location: - Select suitable factory location based on product type and available capacity if multiple factories exist. - Estimating Quantity and Costs: - Estimate daily output, manpower needs, and cost per piece considering style complexity and line efficiency. - Capacity Planning: - Evaluate factory capacity, allocate capacity for new orders, and regularly update capacity data. - Line Planning: - Develop detailed line plans with daily targets in coordination with production and industrial engineering teams. - Follow-Up and Execution: - Monitor plan execution, update TNA calendar, and coordinate with relevant departments to address delays.
