Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Power Platform Test Manager to join our team at TUV SUD Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing and quality assurance, with expertise in the Power Platform.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and lead the testing team to ensure high-quality delivery of projects.
Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies for Power Platform applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Conduct thorough analysis of test results and recommend process improvements.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of the Power Platform and its applications.
Proven experience in managing testing teams and leading testing initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
Strong problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems.
