About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Architecture: Design and architect complex Power Platform solutions, including Canvas, Model-Driven, and Power Pages apps.
• Development Excellence: Develop high-quality, reusable components and workflows, leveraging Power Automate to orchestrate seamless integrations.
• Integration Mastery: Integrate with diverse systems, including databases, APIs, and cloud services (especially Azure), to create comprehensive solutions.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices.
• Deployment and Maintenance: Oversee deployments, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance for optimal user experience.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testing and fine-tuning to ensure solutions meet the highest quality standards.
• Process Optimization: Establish and maintain efficient ALM processes for seamless solution management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Power Platform development and deployment
• Strong proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages
• Deep understanding of integration principles and APIs (RESTful, SOAP)
• Solid foundation in C#, JavaScript, or SQL
• Experience with Azure services and cloud-based solutions
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AI Builder and Azure AI models
• Knowledge of Power BI and data analytics
• Certification in Power Platform or Azure
