Job Description

Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot Studio and related technologies.
Use the latest technologies, i.e. AI Agents to build relevant solutions - Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities.
Conduct process mining and optimization to maximize automation efficiency.
Provide technical guidance and best practices for RPA implementation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs Perform testing and quality assurance of automated processes.
Train and support end-users in utilizing automated solutions.
Manage small to mid size projects, including Planning, execution and reporting within our governance framework.
Ensure onboarding of users onto the developed application and share best practices.
Support and coach from colleagues which are developing small application within our creator program.
