Position Title: Power Pages Developer Experience: 2-4 Years Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science or related field Job Location: Remote Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Power Pages Developer to drive the development, architecture, and deployment of Power Pages solutions. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Power Pages, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Azure services. They will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing secure and scalable Power Pages applications while leading a development team. Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership & Architecture Define best practices for Power Pages solutions, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance web portals. Implement responsive design, authentication, and security policies while driving ALM and CI/CD pipelines. Development & Customization Build and customize Power Pages portals using Dataverse, Power Automate, JavaScript, and Liquid templates. Integrate with Microsoft and third-party services while optimizing performance and user experience. Team Management & Collaboration Lead and mentor a team of developers, collaborate with stakeholders, and conduct code reviews and technical workshops. Security & Compliance Implement authentication, RBAC, and security compliance, ensuring adherence to Microsoft security best practices and regulatory standards. Support & Maintenance Troubleshoot performance issues, enhance portal efficiency, and monitor system health using Azure tools. Key Skills: 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development, including Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. Hands-on expertise in Power Pages development, Liquid templates, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. Strong knowledge of Dataverse, SQL, FetchXML queries, and Power Platform security model. Experience in custom integrations with Azure Functions, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph. Proficiency in authentication and authorization (OAuth, OpenID, Azure AD B2C). Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions). Power Pages Development, Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse Integration, Custom Integrations (Azure Functions, REST APIs, Microsoft Graph), RBAC & Compliance Implementation, Web Portal Architecture, Authentication & Security (OAuth, OpenID, Azure AD B2C) Soft Skills: 1. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. 2. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. 3. Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment. 4. Stakeholder management experience. Certifications (Preferred) PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect) PL-400 (Power Platform Developer) PL-200 (Power Platform Functional Consultant)
