Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in IT/ Computer Education or similar field Experience Required: 10- 15 Years Work Type: 5 Days/week (Hybrid) (3 Days WFO & 2 Days WFH) Job Description About The Role: The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget while ensuring that business objectives and goals are met. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and an ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously. Candidates will be part of the Professional Services team, working closely with internal teams and clients. Who is a Project Manager A Project Manager oversees the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion. They collaborate with teams, allocate resources, manage risks, and ensure that project deliverables align with business objectives.To accomplish this, you will work with stakeholders, define project scope, establish timelines, manage budgets, and monitor project progress to ensure successful delivery.You will typically report to senior management while coordinating with multiple teams, including developers, analysts, and external vendors. Some travel may be required to meet with clients. Industry Experience Our Client is looking to augment its Professional Services team with someone having specific industry experience within the IT sector, particularly in data management for asset types like Equities, Bonds, FX, Futures, Forwards, Options, Swaps, Volatilities, Credit Curves, and Commodities with client-facing exposure. Domain experience in Asset Management, Custody, Hedge Funds, Pension Funds, and Risk would be preferred. Roles & Responsibilities: * Develop and manage project plans, including defining project scope, deliverables, and schedules. * Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure project success. * Monitor project budgets and financials, ensuring proper cost control and reporting. * Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, including team members, sponsors, and senior management. * Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving any issues that arise. * Ensure timely completion of all project deliverables while maintaining high-quality standards. * Conduct stakeholder meetings, define project milestones, and ensure proper documentation. * Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. * Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to drive project success. Required Skill Sets: * Extensive project management experience in a fast-paced, multi-project environment. * Strong risk management and client engagement experience. * Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with technical and non-technical audiences. * Strong problem-solving abilities and time management skills. * Experience in Agile/SCRUM methodologies and managing global teams. * Ability to operate independently and make informed decisions. Desirable Skills: * Experience managing multiple clients and large-scale implementations. * Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. * Familiarity with financial services technology and data management solutions. * Knowledge of DevOps processes and automation tools.
