Currently, we have an urgent job opening for Senior Power Apps Developer with one of our clients located at Pune. About company: Our client is Pune based fast growing software Technology Company formed in early 2014. It specializes in Web and Mobile Application Development, E-Commerce, UI and UX Development, and Entire Stack of Java. They offer a unique combination of UX Design and Development services, making them a one-stop solution provider for software development requirements. The company has 11-50 employees. Position Title: Senior Power Apps Developer Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 6+ Years Job Location: Pune Job Summary: Our client is looking for an experienced Power Apps Developer with 6+ years of expertise in developing, managing, and optimizing solutions within the Power Platform environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in low-code/no-code development, business process automation, and stakeholder collaboration. You will play a critical role in driving innovation, process improvement, and solution delivery across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Power Platform Management: Efficiently manage and optimize the Power Platform environment, ensuring best practices and governance. Solution Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy robust and scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business units, IT teams, and key stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. Adoption & Advocacy: Promote and drive the adoption of low-code/no-code solutions across the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals. Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process enhancement and automation by exploring new technologies and methodologies. Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain technical and process documentation, including Process Definition Documents (PDDs), executive summaries, and solution overviews. Data Analysis & Decision Making: Leverage strong analytical skills to evaluate information, recommend solutions, and provide data-driven insights. Project Management & Execution: Apply project management principles to oversee solution implementation, ensuring successful delivery within deadlines. Business Intelligence & Architecture: Utilize knowledge of BI tools, data modeling, and architecture to enhance Power Platform capabilities. BPMN & Workflow Modeling: Utilize Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) tools to design and optimize business workflows. Communication & Leadership: Effectively communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, influencing decisions and strategies. Global Team Adaptability: Work in a multi-project, global environment, collaborating with virtual teams and adapting to different methodologies. Required Skill Sets: 6+ years of experience in Power Apps development (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps) and Power Platform solutions. Strong expertise in Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop), Power BI, Dataverse, and AI Builder. Experience in integrating Power Apps with SharePoint, Azure, SQL Server, APIs, and third-party services. Solid understanding of governance, security best practices, and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) in Power Platform. Knowledge of business intelligence, process automation, and data modeling. Proficiency in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) tools and methodologies. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex business processes. Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skill Sets: Experience in Microsoft Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure DevOps). Familiarity with AI/ML models in Power Platform and predictive analytics. Certification in Power Platform, Microsoft 365, or Azure.
