Master degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in data visualization, UI development, or related roles. Relevant certifications in PowerBI, data analysis, or related technologies are preferred are a plus. Proven track record of developing PowerBI dashboards and reports to meet business requirements. Experience in user testing and feedback incorporation to improve design and functionality. Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive meaningful insights to support business decision-making. Experience in collaborating with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders as well as development, operations, and security teams to deliver data-driven solutions. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. The PowerBI / UI Developer needs to be well versed with: Creating complex PowerBI reports and dashboards with advanced data visualization techniques. DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for creating custom calculations in PowerBI. Power Query for data transformation and manipulation. Data modeling concepts and best practices in PowerBI. Integrating PowerBI with various data sources, including Azure SQL Database and Azure Data Lake. Designing and implementing user-friendly UI/UX for PowerBI dashboards. PowerApps for building custom business applications. Azure Synapse Analytics for handling big data workloads. Azure Data Factory for orchestrating data workflows. Azure Blob Storage for storing and managing large datasets. Implementing row-level security in PowerBI for data protection.

Version control systems like Git for managing PowerBI projects. REST APIs for integrating PowerBI with other applications. Power Automate for automating workflows and processes.
