ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain robust ETL processes to seamlessly extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our SQL Server data warehouse, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for informed decision-making.Leverage SSIS to automate data movement tasks, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency of our data pipeline.Identify and implement performance tuning strategies to ensure optimal ETL process execution.Collaborate closely with data analysts, business stakeholders, and IT across global offices to understand business requirements, translating them into actionable ETL solutions that align with strategic goals.Conduct meticulous data quality checks to identify and rectify data anomalies, ensuring data consistency and accuracy within our data warehouse.Document ETL processes comprehensively, adhering to industry standards and best practices, for future reference, maintenance, and knowledge transfer.Stay abreast of the latest ETL technologies and methodologies to continuously enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our data pipeline.Implement and maintain the Data Warehouse front end using BI tools: Power BI and Tableau.RequirementsBachelordegree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field with a strong focus on data warehousing and ETL processes.5+ years of experience in ETL development using SQL Server, SSIS demonstrating expertise in data extraction, transformation, and loading methodologies.In-depth understanding of data warehousing concepts, including data models, data marts, data silos, and data governance principles.Proficient in SQL Server DDL, DML, and T-SQL programming, with strong SQL query optimization skills.2+ years of experience modelling and building Power BI dashboards.2+ years of experience building Tableau dashboards.Knowledge of Power Bi and Tableau server infrastructure-a strong advantage.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural environment to achieve project goals, demonstrating strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.BenefitsHybrid work-from-home model.Competitive salary (DOE).Discretionary Annual Performance Bonus.Employee Assistance Program.Medical Insurance.Meal Voucher.
