Key Responsibilities

• Power BI Development

  : Design, develop, and maintain advanced

  Power BI dashboards, reports, and datasets

  to meet business intelligence requirements.

• Data Modeling

  : Create and optimize complex

  data models

  within Power BI, ensuring efficiency and scalability.

• DAX Expertise

  : Write advanced

  DAX (Data Analysis Expressions)

  queries and measures to create complex calculations, aggregations, and business logic within Power BI.

• SQL Development

  : Develop and optimize

  SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions

  for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from various data sources.

• Data Integration

  : Work with diverse data sources to ensure seamless data integration into Power BI.

• Performance Optimization

  : Optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for performance, ensuring quick loading times and responsiveness.

• Collaboration

  : Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver effective BI solutions.

• Data Quality & Governance

  : Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to data governance standards.

• Documentation

  : Create and maintain technical documentation for Power BI solutions, including data models, DAX calculations, and report specifications.

Required Skills and Experience

• 8+ years of total IT experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience

  with a strong focus on Power BI, SQL, and DAX.

• Expertise in Power BI

  , including report development, dashboard creation, and dataset management.

• Expertise in SQL

  , with strong abilities in writing complex queries, optimizing performance, and understanding database structures.

• Expertise in DAX

  , with a proven track record of creating intricate measures, calculated columns, and tables for advanced analytical needs.
• Strong understanding of

  data warehousing concepts

  ETL processes

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
