Job Description

Join our global team as Power BI & Qlik Cloud Professional (f/m/d) to empower analysts across the organization by accelerating their journey from concept to insight through Power BI and Qlik Cloud, enabled by AI technologies within a global data architecture.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

You will be part of the Power BI & Qlik Cloud service teams, support their overall road maps, and contribute to strategic improvements of said services with a strong focus on creating valuable insights.
You will work with internal customers to formulate the requirements for their analytical problems, independently develop solutions, perform validation and integration testing, and provide ongoing support and bug-fixes.
You will ensure compliance with process-related, functional and technical specifications and the fulfillment of all quality-related requirements, such as documentation, in the developed solutions.
You will investigate, evaluate, and design AI-based advancements in the field of data analytics to enable predictive and prescriptive outcomes.

Your qualifications and experience:

You have completed a masters degree in computer science or a related field.
We would also welcome applications from candidates who hold a bachelor's degree or have completed a vocational training course and further training with additional professional experience in these areas.
You have 4 to 7 years of experience in Power BI and Qlik Cloud with in-depth knowledge about:

Data extraction from various data sources (like Snowflake, Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, M365)
Data transformation and performance optimized modelling
Data visualization using best practices with high end-user focus
Application of complex authorization rules
Power BI & Qlik Sense related scripting

You have 4+ years of experience working in IT in cross-functional teams.
You have some experience in advanced analytics areas (R or Python).
Ideally, you bring experience with these topics:

Microsoft Fabric
Qliks AI offering

You can closely liaise with business users and business analysts to understand their needs to find and develop technical BI solutions.
You are interested in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Agentic AI.
You have a strong analytical mindset for solving problems as well as good people skills and the ability to motivate colleagues in implementing solutions.
Your business-fluent English enables you to collaborate and communicate with colleagues in an international environment, which may require flexibility in working hours.
