Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled developer with hands-on experience in Power BI, PowerApps, and Power Automate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of pharma data assets CRM, MCM) and country-specific variations, as well as expertise in SQL, DAX, and Microsoft Power Platform technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain solutions using Power BI, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
• Write complex SQL queries and DAX expressions for data modeling and analytics.
• Configure and develop Canvas Apps, Power Portals, Power Automate Desktop flows, and integrate with Virtual Agents.
• Implement Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations, including integration with Salesforce, Snowflake, and Azure environments.
• Design and manage datasets, perform data cleansing and aggregation, and implement row-level security.
• Customize SharePoint lists and integrate with Power Platform solutions.
• Automate business processes using Microsoft Flow and Power Automate Desktop.
• Perform business analysis, understand KPIs and business rules, and support application/implementation.
• Troubleshoot issues and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Prepare documentation, specifications, and client deliverables.
• Collaborate with Senior Consultants, Engagement Managers, and Principals on client engagements.

Essential Functions

• Assist in reviewing and analyzing client requirements and developing proposals.
• Support the development of detailed documentation and specifications.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify client issues and develop solutions.
• Design and structure presentations tailored to client needs.
• Develop and present client deliverables within established frameworks and methodologies.
• Proactively build knowledge of consulting methodologies and the life sciences market.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree required.
• 4-8 / 8+ years of relevant experience required.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, SQL, DAX, Canvas Apps, Power Portals, Power Automate Desktop, and Virtual Agents.
• Experience with Azure services, custom connectors, portals, AI builder, and SharePoint lists is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce, Snowflake, and Azure environments.
• Proficient in Power BI Desktop, Gateway, Service, and Report Server.
• Strong understanding of Power Query M, relational database structures, and ETL/data modeling.
• Business analysis skills and understanding of KPIs.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills (fluent written and spoken English).
• Previous experience in application or implementation support.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with other BI technologies (Spotfire, Tableau, Qlik) and VBA is a plus.
• Relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Effective time management and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of consulting methods, tools, and techniques.
