Power BI Developer | 4+ years

We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer with 4+ years of experience to design, develop, and optimize BI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Power BI, data modeling, DAX queries, and building interactive dashboards for business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Perform data modeling, create DAX measures, and optimize queries for performance.
• Integrate Power BI with various data sources including SQL Server, Excel, and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across reports and dashboards.
• Optimize BI reports for usability and performance improvements.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI development.
• Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query, and Data Modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
• Experience with ETL processes and connecting multiple data sources.
• Knowledge of Power BI service (workspace management, data refresh, gateways).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Azure Data Services / Cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics.
