Job Description

Job Summary:

Power BI Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
Gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to support business requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable insights.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in all reports and dashboards.
Perform data modeling, DAX calculations, and data transformation using Power Query.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for operational and strategic decisions.
Support ad-hoc analysis requests from business teams.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
Strong expertise in Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases.
Experience in data visualization, analytics, and reporting tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
