Power Apps Developer

Role and Responsibilities

• Design , develop and implement Power Virtual Agent chatbots with advanced AI Builder and machine learning capabilities.
• Must have exposure to develop solutions using Power Platform tools like Power Apps, Canvas App, Power Portals & Power BI.
• Should have 6+ years of exp
• Integrate the chatbot with third-party application APIs to access and utilize data.
• Ensure the chatbot supports multiple channels (web, mobile, etc.) and offers multi-language support.
• Utilize Natural Language Processing (NLP) to enhance the chatbot's ability to understand and respond to user queries.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their requirements and ensure the chatbot meets their needs.
• Develop and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate (including Desktop Flow), and Power Virtual Agent solutions.
• Perform impact analysis and troubleshooting to ensure the seamless operation of the chatbot.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and Power Platform technologies.
• Functional and unit testing of the application and components to meet the customer requirements- Deployment.
• Configuration and Troubleshooting of applications Design and Develop Applications that meets the Standard Accessibility.
• Should have Good Experience on using Standard Connectors, Custom Connectors and Premium Connectors- Should be able to work closely with the customer and work towards the solutioning of the requirements.

Must Have

• Proven experience in developing and implementing Power Virtual Agents.
• Strong knowledge of AI, machine learning, NLP, and multi-channel support.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Desktop Flow, Power Virtual Agent, Dataverse, AI Builder and SharePoint Online.
• Proficiency in integrating third-party APIs with Power Platform solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Masters or bachelor’s degree in computer science/ Information Technology/ Electronics & Telecommunications or Bachelor’s in Computer Applications/Master’s in Computer Application/Master in Business Administration/Post Graduation Diploma in Business Administration
• Proven experience in developing Power Platform solutions for business applications.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and data integration concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
