Power App Developer / Lead

As a Microsoft PowerApps Senior Developer/Lead, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and implementing automated solutions using MS Power Automate and Power Apps. You will collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for process improvements and propose automation solutions. Additionally, you will maintain and troubleshoot existing automation systems to ensure optimal performance. Your role will also involve participating in Agile SCRUM meetings, contributing to adaptive planning, and providing performance reports as needed. To excel in this role, you must have proficiency in MS Power Automate, with a strong understanding and hands-on experience to automate repetitive tasks and business processes. You should also possess a solid background in automation, including the ability to design, code, test, and deploy automated solutions. Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining Power Apps solutions is essential. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Preferred skills for this position include experience with JIRA for project management and issue tracking, familiarity with Agile SCRUM methodologies for software development, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile team environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills are beneficial for team collaboration and client interaction. Experience with adaptive planning, performance reporting, problem-solving, and time management are also advantageous. The ideal candidate for this role should have between 8 to 12 years of relevant experience.
