Required Skills and Knowledge

• Technical Expertise:Solid understanding of powder coating processes, material behavior, and surface preparation techniques.
• Process Knowledge:Familiarity with the 7-tank process (degrease, rinse, pickling, phosphating, etc.) and other surface treatment methods.
• Quality Management:Ability to conduct quality audits, perform inspections, and prepare quality documents like PPAPs.
• Problem-Solving:Strong analytical skills to investigate root causes of problems and implement effective solutions.
• Leadership & Communication:Ability to coordinate with production, maintenance, and other departments to achieve operational goals.
