Job Purpose:

To operate and maintain pouching machines efficiently, ensuring continuous production with minimum downtime while maintaining quality standards and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate the pouching machine as per production schedule and specifications.
• Ensure correct film and packaging materials are loaded and aligned properly.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure consistent quality and output.
• Perform routine checks and inspections to identify and resolve mechanical or process issues.
• Conduct minor machine maintenance and escalate complex problems to the maintenance team.
• Keep records of production output, material usage, and any issues or downtime.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the machine area.
• Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and quality control procedures.
• Collaborate with supervisors and quality control team to ensure smooth production.

Requirements:

Education:

• Minimum 10th Pass; ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field preferred.

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in operating pouching or other packaging machines.

Skills:

• Knowledge of pouching machine operations (e.g., three-side seal, center seal, zipper pouches).
• Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions and specifications.
• Attention to detail and quality.
• Physically fit and able to work in shifts.
