Walkin Interview for POSTGRES DATABASE ADMIN in MumbaiWalkin Interview Date: 17th May 2025 Job Title: POSTGRES DATABASE ADMINExperience Required: 4 to 10 YearsLocation: Mumbai Job Description:Minimum 4 to 8 years of Hands-on PostgreSQL & EDB DB databaseKnowledge Performance Tunning & High Availability.Expertise in PostgreSQL, proficiency in SQLDatabase Administration which includes manage, configure and maintain EDB PostgreSQL databasesPostgreSQL & EDB Database Performance Tuning and optimizing PostgreSQL databases for improved performance and responsiveness.In-depth expertise and guidance on all aspects of EDB PostgreSQL database managementPostgreSQL & EDB Database Performance Tuning and optimizing PostgreSQL databases for improved performance and responsivenessPostgreSQL & EDB Database Management and High Availability Setup such as replication and failover mechanism, to ensure continuous access of data.Creating and maintaining data models to ensure data integrity and efficient querying.PostgreSQL & EDB Database Backup, Recovery and DR Planning, Setup & ManagementImplementing and maintaining database security measures, including access controls, encryption, and authentication.Collaboration with developers, system administrators and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and optimal performanceScalability to database to accommod ate future growth and increased data volumes.Version Upgrades and patching and applying patches to ensure the security and stability of PostgreSQL.Ability to work with various operating systems, specially RHEL.Familiar with the monitoring tools to track database performance.
